ナリブログでは今までエラーに関するお問い合わせを100件以上頂いてきました。
恐らくどのサイトよりもFile exchangeについてお問い合わせを頂いてきたと思います。

File exchange（ファイルエクスチェンジ）はここだけ注意すればOK！
まずアップロードした後の結果を必ず見ましょう。
見方はこの通りです⇊
- Status→Failureがエラーです。Warningの場合はうまく出品できています
- ErrorCode→エラーコードで今回は21919303と表示されてます
- Error message→エラーの内容です
つまり21919303がエラーの原因なのでこれを調べて直せればさえすればいいんです！
簡単ですよね？
21919303の理由を見てみるとこのような表示があります⇊

簡単に訳すとSpecific Type が抜けてます！と出てます！
このカテゴリーはゲームだったので以下のようにSpecificを探しましょう⇊
- ①ゲームに必要な何か他の同じカテゴリーの商品のSpecificを見る
- ②足りないスペックをいくつか列を入れる
本当は C:Type列を追加すればいいのですが、画像は【C:Model】になっておりますが、『C:Type』列をBrand横らへんに追加してUPしました！
たったこれだけ直してアップロードしたところうまくいきました！
こんな感じで他のセラーが入れていて自分が入れていないSpecificを列に追加してアップすればたいていはうまくいきますよ！
もしエラー（failure）が出た場合も必ずエラーコード（error code）とエラー内容を確認しましょう。
グーグルで『エラーコード ebay』と調べればたいていのことは解決します。
90%はこのエラーに当てはまる
・Warningでペイパルについて述べられているだけ
→新規セラーは90日保留があります。他に間違いがなければ出品自体はできているので問題ないです。
・Warningは他のいろんな要因で出てきますが基本的には問題なし
→例えばリミットが残り少ないなどの理由なので無視してOK
・ポリシー名が日本語になっている
→ ebeyでポリシー名を英語に直せばOK
・ポリシー名に記号が入っている（カンマなど）
→ ebeyでポリシー名から記号をとればOK
・ビジネスポリシーは一言一句同じになっていない（大文字、スペースなどすべて同じにする必要があります）
→ビジネスポリシーを見直せばOK
・カテゴリー番号が違う
→いくつか近いカテゴリー番号を変えればOK
・Brandなど空欄の箇所がある
→空欄をなくせばOK
・タイトルが80文字以上入力されている
→80文字以下に修正すればOK
・カテゴリーによって細かなSpecificを求められる為、入力ができておらずエラー
→エラー内容に足りないスペックが書いてあればそれを入力すればOK
例：万年筆のカテゴリーでは C:Product や C:Material C:Ink Colorをファイルエクスチェンジの列に入れて内容を記述しなければいけません

エラーがでたらエラー番号をもとに何がおかしいのか見てみましょう！

10009エラーについて
こういうかなりぐちゃぐちゃなエラーです。
主な原因は『ファイルエクスチェンジの商品説明』のHTML使われいる記号や、ebay側の問題が多いです。
一度HTMLを貼りなおしたり試すとうまくアップできます！

ゴチャゴチャ書いてあってわけわからないですよね？
ですが実はざっくり区切り毎に縦に並べるとこのような表示になり、それぞれエラー箇所が明確にわかります。
リターンポリシーが間違っている

paypalと出ているので恐らく支払いポリシーが間違っている

なのでこれをファイルエクスチェンジ上で修正できれば、必ずアップロードがうまくいきます。
※ Department のType に関してはこのカテゴリーには必須のspecifcisなんだと思います
なのでBrandの右横に列を追加して タイトルに C:Type と入れて
その内容を何なのか英語で入力（例：TypeならFigureですとかどういったタイプの商品化を入力）しましょう
面倒でしたら 1345（アニメその他）カテゴリーがゆるゆる（全然specificsを求められない）のでエラーがでにくいので、
まず1345の番号にかけてみてアップして、その後編集してカテゴリーを変えるのも手です！
エラー内容を修正してもう一度アップロードしたところうまくいきましたー！
