夏頃からコロナ禍における配送の遅延などはセラー保護の対象となり、
パフォーマンスやサービスメトリクスに影響しないようにebayが手配してくれましたが、
10月1日からこれらセラー保護が終了しております。
理由はコロナの影響での遅延がUSPSでは改善してきているからだそうです。
ホリデーになると例年、遅延はあたり前のように発生するので、
継続してほしかったところですが、とりあえずは10月からはこのようなセラー保護はなくなっているので今後注意していきましょう！
実際にヨーロッパあての国際郵便や、
アメリカ宛てのヤマト国際宅急便やDHLなどのクーリエでも遅延はほとんどありません。
ただしクーリエは国際郵便に比べて若干、相手側が関税を負担するケースが多いので、
事前に注意書きや、トラブルになったときの対応が必要でしょう。
これからホリデー本番となるので、
より多くの配送会社を選べるように準備しておくといざというときに困らないのでできる事は事前にどんどん進めていくといいですね！

We are seeing consistent improvements in on-time shipments for USPS and all carriers and late deliveries have returned to pre-COVID-19 levels.
Due to these improvements, we will pause our temporary Seller Protections for late deliveries starting on October 1, 2020.
Timely delivery of your items is important to your buyers and critical to your success on eBay.
As always, you are responsible for shipping within your stated handling time and any shipments that were handled on time but delivered late by a carrier will not count as late shipments.
